Cancellation Policy

At Lakeside Luxury, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and reasonable while also protecting the availability and quality of service we guarantee to each client. Please read our policy carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Standard Cancellations

● Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
● Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
● Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
● Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

2. No-Show Policy

Clients who do not arrive at the scheduled pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time and fail to contact us will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full rental amount.

3. Specialty & Event Rentals

For specialty vehicles (e.g., Maybach, classic cars, or high-demand event bookings):
● A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
● Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid being charged the full balance.
● No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled rental.

4. Early Returns

Returning a vehicle before the scheduled end of the rental period will not result in a refund for the unused time.

5. Weather and Emergency Exceptions

In the event of severe weather conditions or verifiable personal emergencies, Lakeside Luxury reserves the right to assess each situation on a case-by-case basis. We may, at our sole discretion, offer credit for future use or partial refund.

6. Modifications

Reservation changes (date, time, vehicle type) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Short-notice changes may be treated as cancellation and rebooking, subject to the fees outlined above.
